We're looking for a driven Business Development Associate/Executive to join our growing sales team and help us build a strong pipeline across AI consulting, software development, automation, and digital transformation.

What You'll Do
n
n
Identify and target Australian SMBs
n
Drive cold calling, cold email & LinkedIn outreach
n
Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline
n
Lead conversations around AI Consulting & Strategy
n
Identify opportunities for custom software, AI, automation & digital transformation projects
n
Qualify prospects and work closely with senior sales, leadership & delivery teams
n
Maintain CRM records and manage outreach campaigns
n
Build referral and partnership opportunities
n
Collaborate with marketing and leadership to improve sales messaging and strategies
n
n
What We're Looking For
n
n
3–4 years of experience in B2B sales / Business Development
n
Experience selling IT services, software, SaaS,



technology or consulting solutions is highly preferred
n
Strong cold calling and outbound sales skills
n
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
n
Confidence speaking with senior decision-makers
n
Consultative and solution-oriented approach
n
Self-motivated, organised and target-driven
n
Experience with CRM and sales outreach tools
n
Exposure to AI, automation, SaaS or technology sales is a bonus
n
