Our Roofing business is a long-established metal roofing company operating for over 22 years in Brisbane. We specialise in residential and commercial roof replacements, commercial roofing maintenance and working on iconic buildings.

About the role
n
Working with our highly experienced team of metal roofing experts, the Supervisor duties will include:
n
n
Oversee Site setup, check measure projects
n
Providing technical advice and support to onsite roofing crews to maintain strict adherence to quality standards
n
Answering client queries and solving any issues onsite to maintain customer satisfaction
n
Quality assurance inspections/sign-off on all works to ensure quality of workmanship upheld
n
Work closely with the Projects Coordinator, Projects Manager and Administration team to maintain clear communication between onsite and office based operations
n

Skills and experience
n
To be successful, you will possess the following:
n
n
General Safety Induction White/Blue Card
n
Working at Heights Certificate
n
A solid attention to detail
n
Excellent communication, negotiation and analytical skills
n
Effective time management
n
A minimum of 5 years metal roofing experience in both the residential and commercial sectors
n
The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
n
Overall positive attitude and open to learning new skills
n
The availability to start immediately
n

Salary and Remuneration
n
Negotiable annual salary with company car and phone provided.
