Smith & Co is partnering with civil contractors to recruit experienced Civil Leading Hands for long-term projects around Brisbane and surrounding regions. You will coordinate crews, oversee day-to-day site activities, and work alongside Supervisors, Operators, Labourers, and Subcontractors on road infrastructure, bulk earthworks, and landfill projects.
