About the Role
n
We are seekinga Full Time member of our TradeTools store team to work an 11-day fortnightly roster: This is an excellent opportunity for a fit enthusiastic person to learn the industrial tool industry from the ground up. Even some of our senior managers started here in goods-in positions and have gone on to build a stable and lucrative career within this dynamic well known family company.

Week 1: Monday – Friday
n
Week 2: Monday – Saturday
n
We are closed every Sunday and National Public Holidays, and we don't open late night Thursday.
n
Reporting to the Store Manager, the store persons responsibilities will include:
n
n
In-store inventory management
n
Processing inbound stock
n
Picking and Packing outbound stock
n
Assembling items for display
n
Building relationships with our many suppliers and long term customers
n
Liaising with internal departments, other stores and our Business Development Representatives to exceed customer expectations
n
If the warehouse is up to date then, if you wish, you can join our sales team on the floor learning the ropes of this significant trade based industry.

Excellent Pay:

Competitive base salary plus commission, both paid weekly.
n Last financial year, the average salary (before tax and excluding super) for this role was $75,000.

Who We're Looking For:

Tool or trade experience is great, but not essential.
n We welcome candidates with backgrounds in sales, retail, consumer goods, or technical fieldsor anyone with a passion for helping customers and solving problems.
