Three seasons ago, Westgate Basketball entered the Big V for the first time. We won the Youth Men's Division Championship in our very first year. In **** we added a Youth Women's team, and our Youth Men were promoted to Division One.

The Opportunity
n
As Head Coach of our Senior Men's team, you'll lead the on-court program and help build the off-court foundations, working alongside our Head of Player and Coach Development and Youth Men's staff to turn our best juniors into senior players,



while also attracting experienced Big V talent to a club that's genuinely going somewhere.

What We're Looking For
n
n
Coaching experience at Big V, NBL1 or equivalent representative level.
n
A builder's mindset, someone energised by starting something new.
n
Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach with players, staff and club officials.
n
Valid Working with Children Check and coaching accreditation (or willingness to obtain).
n
Availability for training nights, weekend games and pre/post-season commitments.
n
