Earlyrise Baking Co is looking for a Bakery Assistant & Cleaner to join our Production Team in Dubbo. This role is essential in ensuring our production areas, equipment and facilities remain clean, safe and ready to support bakery operations.
n
About the Role
n
In your role as aBakery Assistant & Cleaner, your key responsibilities for the role include but are not limited to:
n
Measure, mix and bake our range of cake and pastry products
n
Operate and control manual, semi-automatic and automatic machines from mixers, dispensers and ovens.
n
Cleaning food production areas, amenities, equipment, machinery and workstations to maintain hygiene and food safety standards.
n
Operating cleaning equipment and using chemicals in accordance with safety procedures.
n
About You
n
While not mandatory, an AQF qualification in Baking or a related food production qualification would be highly regarded;
n




An understanding of Food Safety, Valuable Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Point (HACCP) standards;
n
Adhere to strict safety protocols and maintain high standards of quality in work.
n
Physically fit and capable of regular heavy lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling (maximum 25kg).

Qualified and/or experienced salary starting from $68,****** - $71,****** as per award rates and shift allowances and in line with experience.
