Marketing Specialist (12-Month FTC) – Brisbane | Financial Services

An exciting prospect has become available for an experienced Marketing Specialist to join a well-established financial services business on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Supporting a high-performing marketing and distribution team, you'll play a key role in delivering investor-focused campaigns, content, events and communications while contributing to strategic business growth initiatives.

This is a broad hands-on role suited to a marketing professional who enjoys managing end-to-end campaigns, creating engaging content and partnering with stakeholders across the business to drive meaningful outcomes.

The Opportunity
n
In this role, you will:
n
n
Execute integrated marketing campaigns aligned to business and distribution objectives.
n
Develop and deliver content across email, digital channels, presentations, marketing collateral and investor communications.
n
Coordinate webinars, conferences, events and stakeholder engagement activities.
n
Work with subject matter experts to produce thought leadership, market insights and educational content.
n
Manage marketing approvals and compliance processes.
n
Monitor campaign performance and provide reporting and insights to optimise future activity.
n
Support CRM and marketing technology initiatives, including audience segmentation, data quality and reporting enhancements.
n




Assist with product launches and capital raising campaigns through coordinated marketing activity and communications.

About You
n
n
3+ years' experience in marketing, ideally within financial services, funds management, wealth or a related industry.
n
Experience delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns and content programs.
n
Strong written communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
n
Hands-on experience using CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Dynamics, Salesforce or HubSpot.
n
Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data and insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
n
Experience coordinating events, webinars or industry forums.
n
Excellent organisation and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
