We are partnering with an established and growing wealth management business seeking an ambitious Associate Financial Adviser to join its Melbourne team.

With experienced Advisers and a well-established support structure, the firm offers an excellent environment for someone looking to develop their technical expertise, increase their client exposure and ultimately progress into a Financial Adviser position.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Support Senior Advisers in developing and delivering strategic financial advice.
n
Attend client meetings and assist with preparation, follow-up and implementation.
n
Assist with strategies across investments, superannuation, retirement planning, wealth accumulation, insurance and estate planning.
n
Undertake research, modelling and analysis to support advice recommendations.
n
Work closely with paraplanning and client service teams throughout the advice process.
n




Build client relationships and progressively take greater ownership of client interactions.
n
Maintain high standards of advice documentation and compliance.
n
n
About You
n
n
Experience within financial planning, ideally as an Associate Adviser, Adviser Support professional or experienced CSO.
n
Relevant financial planning qualifications and working towards meeting Adviser education requirements.
n
Valuable technical understanding of financial planning strategies and the advice process.
n
Strong communication skills and confidence interacting with clients.
n
Ambitious and genuinely looking to progress into a Financial Adviser position.
n
