We are seeking motivated and experienced Administration Officers to join our Client Services team in the Tax Practitioners Board. As an Administration Officer, you will manage high volume complex registration workloads and provide advice to tax practitioners. You’ll use your judgment and experience to interpret and apply legislation to determine if applicants meet registration eligibility.

You will provide confidence to consumers of tax practitioner services by ensuring the necessary educational, qualification, experience and personal attributes required for the tax practitioner profession.

You will build and maintain positive relationships with clients and make informed decisions when resolving enquiries. You’ll work as part of a team,



sharing your knowledge to collaboratively resolve issues and contribute to operational improvements and business projects.

These roles may be offered on an ongoing or non-ongoing basis in Sydney CBD.
