Role Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Test Analyst to ensure the quality, reliability, and functionality of software applications and systems. The role involves designing and executing test scenarios, identifying defects, validating system requirements, and supporting continuous improvements throughout the software development lifecycle.

Key responsibilities include analyzing business and technical requirements, developing test plans and test cases, executing functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing, documenting and tracking defects, and verifying fixes. The role also involves collaborating with developers, business analysts, and product teams to investigate issues, improve testing processes, and ensure software releases meet defined quality standards.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Good understanding of software testing methodologies, quality assurance processes,



and software development lifecycle.
Experience with functional, regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing.
Ability to create explicit and comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test documentation.
Familiarity with defect management and test management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
Basic knowledge of SQL and database testing is an advantage.
Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman is an advantage.
Understanding of automated testing concepts and tools is preferred.
Robust analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify and document defects clearly.
Positive communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple testing activities and work effectively in a fast-paced development environment.
