Mounties Care Home care is seeking a dedicated Care Partner to join our Mount Pritchard site on a full-time basis. You will work with clients to support independence at home and in the community, coordinating care and supervising a team of Carers to ensure quality services.

The role requires 2–3 years in a similar role with knowledge of Aged Care standards and My Aged Care, plus solid communication and organizational skills. Onsite parking and training opportunities are provided.
