Job Description
I am supporting a multi-national business with the appointment of a Business Development Manager. You will own the full sales lifecycle for their digital product solutions - from initial market research and prospecting to pitching, contract signing, onboarding, and long-term relationship management.

Key responsibilities:

Drive Revenue: Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic selling and a strong commitment to your sales plans.

Own the Pipeline: Generate qualified leads through networking, cold calling, targeted email campaigns, and proactive outreach.
n
Strategize & Pitch: Conduct market research, identify potential business opportunities, and execute strategic plans to penetrate new and existing markets.
n
Consult & Close: Run deep needs analyses to understand customer pain points, deliver compelling presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
n
Expand Relationships: Build long-term partnerships with customers at all levels,
identifying opportunities to cross-sell and upsell our full suite of services.
n
Be the Face of the Brand: Represent the company and network at key industry events.

Experience required:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
n
Communication Mastery: Excellent command of English with top-tier presentation and negotiation skills.
n
Executive Presence: Proven experience confidently speaking with and pitching to executive-level decision-makers.
n
Mindset: A positive, resilient attitude. You are a highly motivated self-starter who loves healthy competition.

Autonomy: A strong desire to work independently and take full accountability for your own performance.

Analytical & Tech-Savvy: Solid analytical skills to assess customer needs, paired with proficiency in MS Office applications.
