The role:
n
n
Assist the management of day-to-day operations of the parts, accessories and online department, ensuring efficient workflow and exceptional customer service
n
Inventory management, including ordering, receiving, stocking, and organising parts and accessories
n




Utilise computer systems and software to accurately track and manage inventory, pricing, and customer information
n
Provide expert advice and guidance to customers regarding parts and accessories, helping them make informed purchasing decisions
n
Lead and motivate a team of parts and accessories staff, providing training, coaching, and performance evaluations
n
Implement marketing strategies and initiatives to promote parts and accessories sales, including in-store displays, promotions, and online campaigns
n
n
To be successful in this role you will need:
n
n
Previous experience in a similar role within the motorcycle industry is highly preferred
n
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
n
Exceptional customer service skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanour
n
Effective leadership abilities, with the capacity to inspire and motivate a team
n
Proficient in using computer systems and software for inventory
