We are working with a growing early learning provider seeking an exceptional Area Manager to oversee a portfolio of services across Brisbane, Gold Coast and Border NSW
n
This is an chance for a hands-on, people-focused leader who knows what it takes to support Centre Directors, improve performance and create high-quality outcomes for children, families and teams.
n
About the Role
n
Reporting to the senior leadership team, you will provide operational leadership across a portfolio of early learning services, supporting Centre Directors and ensuring each service is performing at its best.
n
You will be responsible for:
n
n
Leading and mentoring Centre Directors across multiple services
n
Driving occupancy, financial performance and operational outcomes
n
Supporting services to achieve and maintain strong Quality and Compliance outcomes
n
Building strong relationships with Centre Directors, educators and families
n
Identifying opportunities for service improvement and growth
n
Coaching and developing high-performing leadership teams
n
Supporting recruitment, retention and succession planning
n
Monitoring compliance with the NQF, NQS, EYLF and relevant legislation
n
Managing performance and providing practical leadership support
n
Working closely with senior management to deliver organisational objectives
n
n




About You
n
We are looking for an experienced early childhood leader who can genuinely make a difference.
n
You will ideally have:
n
n
Previous experience as an Area Manager, Regional Manager, Operations Manager or experienced Multi Site Centre Director
n
Strong knowledge of the Australian Early Childhood sector
n
Demonstrated experience leading multiple services or senior leadership teams
n
Strong understanding of the NQF, NQS, EYLF and regulatory requirements
n
A proven ability to improve service performance and support Centre Directors
n
Excellent communication, relationship-building and leadership skills
n
A commercial mindset combined with a genuine passion for quality outcomes
n
The ability to work autonomously while contributing to a wider leadership team
n
