n About the Opportunity Advance Thinking is seeking an experienced Senior Change Analyst to join a major enterprise transformation program focused on the future of contact centre technology.
n
Working within an established Change & Adoption team, you'll support a Change Manager / Change Lead to deliver the change activities required to successfully transition the business to new technology and ways of working.
n
This is a hands-on role where you'll work across change planning, impact assessment, business readiness, stakeholder engagement, communications and adoption within a complex enterprise environment.
n What You'll Be Doing You'll work closely with change, project, technology and business teams to understand the impact of technology change and help prepare stakeholders for successful adoption.
n
Key responsibilities include:
n
n
Develop and maintain integrated Change Plans, schedules and key deliverables.
n
Conduct Change Impact Assessments and business readiness analysis.
n
Develop change governance artefacts, reporting and status updates.
n
Track change risks, dependencies, actions and milestones across project workstreams.
n
Support stakeholder engagement and communication activities.
n
Develop clear, practical change communications and supporting materials.
n
Translate technical concepts and project changes into meaningful business impacts.
n
Support adoption and transition activities through implementation.
n
Collaborate with Change Managers, project teams, technology teams and business stakeholders.
n

What We're Looking For We're looking for an experienced Change Analyst who can quickly understand a complex technology program and turn that understanding into practical change activities and outcomes.
n
Ideally, you'll bring:
n
n
2+ years' experience as a Change Analyst or Change Management professional working across project environments.
n
Demonstrated experience supporting technology transformation or implementation programs.
n
Strong experience developing Change Plans, Impact Assessments and readiness analysis.
n
Excellent written communication skills and the ability to develop high-quality change collateral.
n
Robust stakeholder engagement, organisation and coordination skills.
n
Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate their business impact clearly.
n
Experience working collaboratively within an established Change & Adoption team.
n
n
Experience with contact centre, telephony or customer service technology would be highly regarded.
n
