The successful candidate must have the ability to lead and inspire a high-performing culinary team while translating food trends, customer insights and business objectives into innovative culinary experiences, creating engaging content and commercially successful outcomes.

A passion for leadership, with the ability to inspire, coach and develop strong relationships with various internal and external stakeholders.
n
A creative and innovative mindset, with a keen eye for emerging food trends and the ability to translate them into engaging recipes, collections and culinary experiences.
n
Strong project management skills, enabling you to successfully balance multiple priorities,



manage complex projects and consistently deliver high-quality outcomes on time.

Exceptional stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across Marketing, Product Development, Global teams, Consultants and external partners.
n
A talent for creating memorable customer experiences,whether through recipe development, cooking demonstrations, classes, events or digital content.
n
A flair for culinary storytelling and content creation, with the ability to bring food to life through compelling recipes, imagery, video and educational materials that inspire and engage audiences.
