About The Role

Work with a leading organisation as an experienced Senior or Lead Quality Engineer to join a large-scale data migration and transformation program. This is an opportunity for you to play a key role on a large complex transformation as a strong data migration tester.

What will you be doing?
n
n
Contribute to a data migration transformation program
n
Lead data migration testing
n
Apply AI-assisted testing techniques to improve test design, defect analysis, and risk identification
n
Take an automation-first and shift-left approach by building and maintaining automated test suites
n
Work closely with developers, business analysts, and product teams to ensure high-quality customer outcomes
n
Identify opportunities to improve testing processes, automation coverage, and overall quality practices
n
n
What are we looking for?
n
n
10+ years of quality engineering experience
n




Over 5 years of experience in data migration testing on large transformation programs
n
Very strong SQL and data validation skills
n
Solid experience developing automated test frameworks using tools such as Playwright
n
Hands-on experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions
n
AI-assisted testing experience
n
Strong API testing experience (Postman, REST clients, or automated frameworks)
n
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
n
Experience in Finance, Banking or Insurance
n
