Rhoads Industries is seeking a Welding Instructor to lead operational welding training, certifications, and onboarding. You will coordinate materials, manage assessments, and ensure QA requirements are met for current and prospective staff.

Ideal candidates have extensive welding experience, AWS/ASME/MIL code knowledge, and experience leading a training team in an industrial setting. The role is based in Philadelphia with a 6am–2:30pm schedule.
