The Senior Adviser, Custodial Operations Modernisation Group, contributes to statewide custodial reform by supporting business improvement, organisational change, and evidence-based operational practice.

Working within a multi-disciplinary team, the role provides advice, research, analysis, reporting and stakeholder support to strengthen system configuration, capacity management, risk management, performance measurement and sustainable custodial service delivery.
