The Role

We're after a Business Development Manager who gets a genuine buzz from winning new business. This isn't a "manage the pipeline" desk job — you'll be out there opening doors, sniffing out opportunities, and turning conversations into contracts. If you love the chase as much as the close, and you want a real say in how a growing logistics business scales up, this is your seat.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

Hunting down and closing new business — not just following up warm leads
n
Getting under the skin of a client's supply chain to figure out what they actually need (then solving it)
n
Building relationships that last years, not just until the invoice clears
n
Keeping a finger on the pulse of the freight industry so you're pitching solutions before clients know they need them
n




Teaming up with Account Managers and Ops to make sure what you promise, we deliver
n
Pulling together proposals and pitches that actually get read
n
Negotiating and closing deals that move the needle
n

What You'll Bring
n

Experience in business development or sales — ideally in freight, logistics, or supply chain, but we care more about drive than a perfect CV match
n
A track record of hitting (and beating) targets
n
Sharp communication and negotiation skills — you can read a room and close a deal
n
Strategic thinking — you spot the opportunity before everyone else does
n
Comfort with a rapid-moving, no-two-days-the-same environment
