Gerrbik Laundry Services Pty Ltd is looking for an experienced Supply and Distribution Manager to join their team located in Victoria.

POSITION: SUPPLY AND DISTRIBUTION (SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER)

LOCATION: TULLAMARINE & KEILOR PARK SITE KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Managing linen inventory across all customer sites Scheduling daily collection and delivery routes
Maintaining emergency stock levels Coordinating vehicle fleets and driver rosters
Ensuring customer delivery schedules and service level agreement are met.
Managing supplier relationships for uniforms, linen, chemicals, packaging, and equipment
Monitoring stock losses, linen lifespan, and replacement programs




Ensuring compliance with WHS requirements and transport regulations SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree or higher qualification, or at least 5 years of relevant work experience.
Solid leadership and people management
Logistics and supply chain planning Inventory management
Budgeting and cost control Data analysis and reporting
Problem-solving and decision-making Excellent communication and organisational skills A remuneration package is between $77,000 to $80,000, plus superannuation will be negotiated depending on skills and experience.
