Key Responsibilities

Diagnose faults in diesel engines, hydraulic, transmission, braking, and steering systems.
n
Perform servicing, preventive maintenance, and repairs on heavy diesel vehicles and equipment.
n
Repair or replace engines, gearboxes, differentials, suspension, and brake components.
n
Carry out electrical and electronic diagnostics using up-to-date diagnostic tools.
n




Read and interpret technical manuals and repair documentation.
n
Complete maintenance records and job cards accurately.
n
Follow workplace health and safety standards.
n
Work independently as well as within a team environment.
n

Requirements
n
n
Minimum 4 years of recent experience as a Heavy Diesel Mechanic.
n
Trade qualification in Heavy Vehicle or Diesel Mechanics.
n
Strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, electrical systems, and diagnostics.
n
Experience using workshop equipment and diagnostic tools.
n
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
n
Valid driving licence preferred.
n
Passport ready.
n
Must be eligible for Australian skills assessment and visa requirements.
