Job Description
Cambridge Aerospace is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to build and lead a high-performing software team supporting operational analysis, flight software adaptation and ground systems development across Australia, the UK and Germany.

You will define software architecture, engineering standards and technical direction while mentoring engineers and coordinating with international teams to deliver robust embedded and real-time systems.
