About the Role
n
We are looking for reliable and safety-focused Line Operators to join our Stapylton production team and help deliver high-quality beverages to customers across Australia.
n
Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for operating production equipment, maintaining quality standards and supporting efficient line performance.
n
This is a full time, permanent opportunity working a structured 12-hour rotating roster.
n

Shift Pattern
n
n
12-hour rotating shifts (6:00am - 6:00pm / 6:00pm - 6:00am)
n
84 hours per fortnight
n
Rotating roster:n
n
2 days on - 2 days off - 3 days on
n
2 days off - 2 days on - 3 days off
n
Rotate fortnightly between day and night shifts
n
n
Two full weekends off per month
n
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Operate, monitor and adjust beverage filling and packaging machinery
n
Maintain production flow by ensuring materials and packaging supplies are available
n
Troubleshoot basic equipment issues and elevate where required
n
Support line changeovers and minor preventative maintenance activities
n
Ensure product quality through adherence to GMP and hygiene processes
n
Always follow all workplace health and safety requirements
n
n
Skills & Experience
n
n
Experience in a manufacturing, FMCG, food production, packaging or beverage environment (preferred)
n
Experience operating production, packaging or manufacturing equipment (preferred)
n
Mechanically minded with the ability to troubleshoot production issues
n
Strong focus on safety, quality and attention to detail
n
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
n
Understanding of GMP, HACCP or food safety processes (desirable)
n
A forklift licence is not required, but will be considered advantageous
n
