Media Coordinator
n
Reporting to: Head of Media Strategy and Planning
n Purpose
n The Media Coordinator provides essential support to the media team in the delivery of integrated campaigns, communications, and creative projects that promote the Club's race days, events, products, and brand.
n
This role is responsible for supporting day-to-day marketing operations, coordinating campaign activity, managing creative workflow processes, and ensuring all work is delivered accurately, on time, on brand, and aligned to key priorities.
n
Stakeholders
n
Internal: C-Suite, Executive General Managers, Department Heads & Managers and the wider VRC Team.
n External: Suppliers, Vendors, Stakeholders, Partners, Sponsors, Members and Guests, and the wider industry networks and associations.
n
Focus
n
n
Support the coordination and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across paid, owned and contra channels including digital, social, EDM, radio, TV, OOH, print and partnerships.
n
Assist in managing campaign timelines, rollout plans, social content planner, asset delivery and dispatch requirements, material specs doc and material instructions (owned and paid channels).
n
Coordinate campaign reporting, trafficking and material specifications with internal teams and external partners.
n
Support the coordination of Post Campaign Reports (PCRs), ensuring reporting is delivered within four weeks of campaign completion.
n
Update media schedules, WIP documents, creative bibles and tracking sheets.
n
Assist with meeting coordination, status updates and general team administration as required.
n
Build strong working relationships across internal departments and external partners to ensure seamless delivery of marketing activity.
n

Delivery allocated tasks and campaign requirements within agreed timeframes and with robust attention to detail.
n
Maintain organised and up-to-date marketing records, schedules and approvals.

Strong planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
n
Minimum of 1– 2 years' experience in marketing, implementing multiple brand, multiple market, high volume, brand, retail or tactical campaigns and events that manage and build brand equity consistently.
n
Tertiary qualifications in subjects related to marketing or advertising are preferred.
n
Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Applications, in particular Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel.
n
Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under pressure.
n
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
n
Ability to build collaborative relationships with a broad range of stakeholders.
