We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our Finance team, reporting to the Financial Planning & Analysis Manager. This is an excellent prospect for a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys partnering with stakeholders, analysing complex data and turning insights into meaningful business outcomes.

You'll play a key role across financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting and commercial analysis, while partnering with senior leaders and business teams to support informed decision-making.

About the Role
n
In this role, you will:
n
n
Partner with key business units and senior stakeholders to understand performance, identify opportunities and drive improvements.
n
Lead and support the budgeting and forecasting process, including consolidation and preparation of Board materials.
n
Prepare monthly financial analysis, management reporting and ad-hoc commercial analysis.
n
Develop financial models and scenarios to support revenue and cost growth decisions.
n
Analyse key business metrics including profitability, recovery and productivity.
n
Provide commercial insights and decision support for strategic projects and initiatives.
n
Support the Commercial team and broader Executive Leadership team with financial analysis.
n
Identify opportunities to improve FP&A; processes, systems and reporting.
n
Contribute to new business acquisition analysis and forecasting.
n
Work closely with Technology & Digital teams on finance, payroll and practice management systems.
n




Develop clear and compelling financial presentations for senior stakeholders and the Board.
n

About You
n
We're looking for someone who combines strong technical finance capability with excellent commercial and stakeholder management skills.
n
You will ideally have:
n
n
CPA or CA qualification.
n
Approximately 5+ years' experience in management accounting, financial accounting, FP&A; or business analysis.
n
Experience within a professional services environment is highly desirable.
n
Strong financial modelling, forecasting and analytical capabilities.
n
Advanced Excel skills, including PivotTables, Power Pivot, lookups and financial modelling.
n
Experience working with financial and business intelligence systems such as SAP, BST, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, TM1 or Cognos.
n
The ability to interpret complex financial data and translate it into clear, commercially relevant insights.
n
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to influence senior stakeholders.
n
A proactive approach to identifying process improvements and challenging existing practices.
n
Excellent organisation skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
n
