Electrician / TA / Apprentice | Up to $60/hr | Domestic Work

At SEQ Electrical, no two days are the same. One day you might be installing an air-con, the next fault-finding a tripping circuit, replacing power points, completing real estate maintenance or upgrading a switchboard.

We're looking for Electricians, TAs and Apprentices who take pride in their work, enjoy solving problems and want to be part of a team that gets the job done properly.

For experienced sparkies, we're particularly interested in people who can think for themselves, fault-find efficiently and lead from the front.

What you'll be doing
n
n
Domestic electrical maintenance, repairs and installations
n
Real estate and property maintenance work
n
Fault finding and troubleshooting
n
Switchboard upgrades
n
Power points, lighting, fans and general electrical work
n
Air-conditioning installations
n
Dealing directly with customers, tenants and property managers
n
Working independently while having the support of the wider team
n
Helping apprentices develop their skills and knowledge where applicable
n

What we're looking for
n
Depending on the position, you'll ideally have:
n
n
A current QLD electrical licence or be completing an electrical apprenticeship
n




Domestic electrical and maintenance experience
n
Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
n
Good workmanship and attention to detail
n
The ability to communicate confidently and professionally with customers
n
A strong focus on safety
n
The ability to work independently and use your initiative
n
A current driver's licence
n
A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to the team
n
n
Most importantly, we're looking for people who take ownership of their work and want to do a good job the first time.
