THE ROLE
n
You will be responsible for:
n
n
Responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of the Kitchens
n
Cleaning of all pots and dishes from the kitchen/chefs /restaurant
n
Cleaning of chinaware, glassware, silverware, kitchen hardware and other operational related items
n
Responsible for the cleanliness of all food preparation areas, this includes the back of house storage areas, loading docks, fridges and freezers.
n
Ensure that all hazardous chemicals and materials are stored in a secure environment.
n
Collect and remove domestic waste
n
n
ABOUT YOU
n
The right candidate will:
n
n
Experience Using a Commercial Dishwasher
n
Knowledge of Cleaning Chemicals and their safe use
n
Basic Food Preparation Skills
n
Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within a luxury hotel or similar setting
n




Excellent organisational & time management skills
n
Ability to effectively prioritise tasks
n
Quality awareness
n
Occupational Health & Safety awareness (chemical use required)
n
High standards of presentation and grooming
n
n
THE ROSTER
n
The role requires someone to weekday shifts
n
n
Generally shifts include: 7am to 3pm, 9am to 5pm, 4pm to 12am, 5pm to 1am.
