Job Description
We are looking for a reliable, energetic and customer-focused Casual Pharmacy Assistant to join our team at Ingleburn Medical Centre Pharmacy.
n
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a busy pharmacy environment, is flexible with their availability and is happy to work a combination of afternoon and evening shifts.
n
Availability – Essential
n
Applicants must be available and willing to work shifts including:
n
n
11:00am – 7:00pm
n
4:00pm – 8:00pm
n
n
Please only apply if you can reliably work within these hours as part of your regular availability.

About the Role
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Providing friendly and professional customer service
n
Assisting customers with product enquiries and recommendations
n
Serving customers at the register and scripts in/out counter
n
Stock replenishment, rotation and merchandising
n
Maintaining a clean, organised and well-presented pharmacy
n
Completing general pharmacy and retail tasks
n




Supporting pharmacists and other team members during busy periods
n
n
About You
n
We are looking for someone who:

Is reliable, punctual and adaptable
n
Is confident working in a busy, fast-paced environment
n
Has excellent customer service and communication skills
n
Is a team player and willing to help wherever needed
n
Can take direction and complete tasks independently
n
Has a positive attitude and is willing to learn
n
Is comfortable working afternoon and evening shifts
n
n
Previous pharmacy is highly regarded, however applicants with the right attitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
