We are looking for an experienced Leading Hand, or Storeperson or driver to step up into a Leading Hand role. Your duties will include:
n
n
Leading a team to ensure objectives are communicated, and KPI's achieved on a daily basis
n
Ensure operational performance across functions including inbound, outbound, picking/packing, and inventory
n
Customer interaction including maintaining good working relationships and responding to all enquiries in a timely manner
n
Maintaining stock integrity in warehouse including adhering to DHL policies and procedures
n
Following safe work practices and work instructions
n
Assist with identifying training needs and opportunities to develop the team
n
n

To be successful in this role, you will have:
n
n
Proven operational experience working in a high volume 3PL warehouse workplace
n
Forklift Licence e.g. High Reach, Counter Balance and/or Double Deep (highly desirable)
n
Proven customer facing experience with the ability to deliver superior customer service
n
Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders
n
Demonstrated leadership skills
n
WMS experience - including exposure to the various functions
n
Proficient Microsoft Office skills including Excel
n
