Capsule Filling & Tablet Press Machine Operator

We are looking for an experienced Capsule Filling & Tablet Press Machine Operator. You must have hands‐on experience with pharmaceutical or nutraceutical machines and be able to set up, run, adjust and troubleshoot the equipment.

Key responsibilities
n
n
Set up and operate hard capsule filling machines.
n
Set up and operate tablet press / tablet compression machines.
n
Change tooling, punches, dies and machine parts for different products.
n
Adjust machine settings to control capsule fill weight and tablet weight, hardness and thickness.
n
Check production and fix common machine problems.
n
Clean, lubricate and carry out basic machine maintenance.
n
Identify worn or damaged parts and report repair needs.
n
Complete production and machine records correctly.
n
Follow GMP, safety,



hygiene and company procedures.
n

About you
n
n
Hands‐on experience with hard capsule filling machines.
n
Hands‐on experience with tablet press / tablet compression machines.
n
Valuable mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
n
Able to do machine setup, adjustment, changeover and cleaning.
n
Able to work independently and solve common machine problems.
n
Basic understanding of GMP and SOP requirements.
n
Preferred: Automatic or semi-automatic capsule filling machines.
n
Preferred: Rotary tablet press machines, punches and dies.
n
Preferred: Pharmaceutical machine maintenance or mechanical fitting.
