We're looking for a full-time Venue and Duty Manager roles with strong leadership and proven ability to run high-energy, quick-paced service venues. This is a hands on role.

About the role
n
You will take ownership of venue operations end-to-end, leading from the front while building a cohesive team culture and driving strong commercial outcomes.

We're looking for proven experience in:
n
n
Remaining calm under pressure and solving problems in real time during busy periods
n
Rostering and proactive staff management,
including effective security coordination
n
Strong cost control, efficiencies, and accountability across service delivery
n
A positive, creative approach and strong contribution to a collaborative leadership team
n
Comprehensive operational capability—from open to close, including pre-service preparation and post-service wrap - risk management and coordination.
n
