You'll Ideally Have

A completed degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Accounting, Product Development, Data Analytics or Business Analytics
n
Retail, customer-facing, internship or commercial experience
n

What You'll Be Doing

Develop your commercial acumen by helping shape product ranges, pricing strategies and promotional plans that influence customer purchasing decisions.
n
Take ownership of a product sub-category, learning how to balance sales, profitability, inventory and customer outcomes.
n
Turn data into action by analysing customer,



sales and market trends to identify opportunities and solve commercial challenges.
n
Learn how to build and manage supplier relationships, working with trade partners to bring great products and value to our customers.
n
Collaborate with teams across marketing, digital, stores, planning and merchandising to deliver engaging customer experiences both in-store and online.
n
Influence real business decisions by contributing ideas, challenging thinking and recommending solutions that improve category performance.
n
