We're partnering with a leading Australian organisation in the travel and loyalty sector to recruit multiple Outbound Sales Consultants on a permanent full-time basis. About You

We're looking for someone who:
n

Has experience in outbound sales, telesales or a contact centre sales environment.
n
Is confident speaking with business owners and senior decision-makers.
n
Thrives in a KPI-driven environment.
n
Is commercially minded with strong communication and influencing skills.
n
Can build rapport quickly and hold engaging, consultative conversations over the phone.
n
Is resilient, self-motivated and results-driven.
n




Has an interest in travel, loyalty programs or customer engagement.
n
n
Experience in B2B sales, customer retention, account management or loyalty programs will be highly regarded, but isn't essential.
n
