About The Opportunity
n
The primary purpose of this position is to drive sales growth and develop strategic relationships across hospitals, operating theatres, sterile services departments, and procurement teams throughout Northern New South Wales.
n
Some of your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Managing and growing the surgical product portfolio across assigned territory
n
Building relationships with surgeons, theatre staff, CSSD teams, and procurement stakeholders
n
Identifying and securing new business opportunities within hospital networks
n
Supporting product evaluations, presentations, and clinical demonstrations
n
Managing key accounts and maintaining strong customer relationships
n
Supporting tender submissions and contract opportunities where required
n
Developing territory plans, forecasts, and sales strategies
n
n
About You
n
The successful candidate will have:
n
n
Minimum 5 years sales experience within healthcare, medical devices, or related industries
n
Experience selling into operating theatres and hospital environments
n
Strong understanding of CSSD and hospital procurement processes
n
Ability to build relationships with key clinical and commercial stakeholders
n
Strong business development and territory management capability
n
Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
n
Understanding of NSW Health tender processes (highly regarded)
n
n
Relevant qualifications in Science, Business, Nursing, or a related discipline.
n
