We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager / Migration Lead to lead complex Data Centre and Application Migration initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end migration planning, execution and coordination, ensuring applications and services are transitioned smoothly, securely and with minimal business disruption.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end planning and delivery of complex data centre and application migrations.
n
Develop and manage detailed migration strategies, plans, schedules and roadmaps.
n
Manage application portfolios, migration dependencies, sequencing and priorities.
n
Coordinate internal technology teams, business stakeholders and external vendors.
n
Lead migration readiness, cutover planning, execution and post-migration activities.
n
Identify and manage project risks, issues,



dependencies and interdependencies.
n
Ensure migration activities align with project timelines, governance and business requirements.
n
Facilitate workshops and regular project/migration meetings with key stakeholders.
n
Track progress, milestones, deliverables and provide clear status reporting to senior stakeholders.
n
Coordinate testing, validation, rollback planning and transition to operational teams.
n
Ensure appropriate documentation, governance and change management processes are followed.
n
Proactively resolve migration issues and drive successful outcomes across multiple workstreams.

Key Skills & Experience
n
n
Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager, Migration Lead or Technical Project Manager.
n
Demonstrated experience managing complex application portfolios and migration roadmaps.
n
Strong understanding of migration planning, cutover, transition and business continuity.
n
Experience coordinating multiple technical teams, vendors and stakeholders.
n
Robust risk, issue, dependency and project governance management skills.
n
Excellent communication, stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
n
Ability to manage multiple priorities in complex technology environments.
n
Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive delivery across cross-functional teams.
n
Experience with large-scale enterprise or government migration programs.
n
Experience managing third-party vendors and technology partners.
n
Relevant project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile.
