We are seeking a proactive and hands‐on Operations Supervisor to lead and optimise our logistics and transportation operations in Brisbane. This role is ideal for a practical leader who enjoys being on the floor and driving safe, efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities
n
· Oversee daily logistics and transportation operations.
n
· Lead, coach, and support drivers and warehouse staff.
n
· Actively participate in hands‐on operational tasks as required.
n
· Manage fleet operations, scheduling, and route optimisation.
n
· Ensure compliance with WHS,



Chain of Responsibility (CoR), and company policies.
n
· Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
n
· Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
n
· Manage inventory flow, loading/unloading, and yard operations.
n
Essential Requirements
n
· Proven experience in logistics, transportation, or operations management.
n
· Valid Forklift Licence (LF) – mandatory.
n
· Hands‐on approach and willingness to work on the floor.
n
· Strong understanding of transport regulations and safety standards.
n
Strong leadership, communication, and problem‐solving skills.
