The Role

As a Rental Minimum Standards Inspector, you will:

Conduct property inspections to ensure compliance with Victoria's rental minimum standards, including:

Functioning doors, windows, and locks.
n
Adequate heating and ventilation.
n
Compliance of bathroom and kitchen facilities.
n
Proper lighting and window coverings.
n
Identification of damp and mould.
n

Prepare detailed inspection reports highlighting compliance status and required rectifications.
n
Communicate findings and provide expert guidance to property owners and managers.
n
Maintain a thorough understanding of the Residential Tenancies Regulations and updates to minimum standards.

What We're Looking For
