Green Leaves Early Learning is seeking a Performance Lead for our Marketing Team on a 12-month maternity leave contract. You will drive performance strategy across paid digital, organic social and aggregate platforms to boost occupancy, recruitment and revenue across our nationwide centre network.

You'll lead the Performance Team, set strategies for Google, Meta and other platforms, and translate insights from GA4, Tag Manager and SEO into actionable campaigns.
