We're opening up EOI's for an Constructions Manager role that has arisen in the business as we are expanding to NSW & QLD:
n
Construction Manager - Formcom (NSW & QLD)
n
n
Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of multiple formwork projects to ensure timely delivery within budget and scope
n
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to maintain schedules and uphold Formcom's reputation for quality, speed and precision
n
Manageclient relationships on site, serving as a point of contact, providing regular updates, and ensuring client expectations are exceeded
n
Lead, mentor,



and manage on-site teams, including supervisors, carpenters, and subcontractors, promoting a strong safety culture and high performance
n
Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations, with safety remaining paramount
n
Collaborate with Alan and his Estimating teams to optimise resources and project outcomes
n
Drive continuousimprovement in operational processes, incorporating cutting-edge formwork techniques and technologies
n
Prepare and present project reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to Leadership
n
Oversee and manage materials and logistics ensuring every site is enabled to deliver efficiently and effectively
n
Recruit best in class talent in the form of employee's and subcontractors - Formworkers, Carpenters, Jump crew etc
n
n
Must have:
n
n
5+ years experience in the Formwork industry
n
5+ years experience as an Site / Construction Manager within Formwork
n
Ability to travel between NSW & QLD as well as sites
n
n
