A well-established air conditioning & electrical wholesale business based in South Western Sydney is looking for a proactive and reliable Trade Warehouse Sales Coordinator. This role is perfect for someone who's hands-on, organised, and ready to be part of a growing business.

Refrigeration experience is highly regarded, especially if you've worked within national wholesale chains like Actrol, Beijer, Heatcraft, Airefrig, or TLE, Rexel, John R Turks, Metalflex, Polyaire,
n

You'd Be a Outstanding Fit If You:
n
n
Have technical experience in air conditioning or refrigeration
n
Are confident using computers (Excel required; SimPRO / Aroflo a bonus)
n
Have strong attention to detail and like keeping things in order
n
Are physically fit, proactive, and keen to learn
n




Hold a forklift licence and a manual driver's licence
n
Have experience in national wholesale chains such as Actrol, Reece, Beijer, Heatcraft, TLE, Rexel, John R Turks, Metalflex, Polyaire, Airefrig — highly regarded but not essential
n

What You'll Be Doing:
n
n
Counter sales, phone, email enquiries, and general customer service
n
Processing orders, invoicing and taking payments
n
Offering basic technical support and product info
n
Prepping orders and arranging logistic collections for deliveries
n
Loading and unloading trucks
n
Allocating stock and keeping things organised in the warehouse
n
Inventory management and supplier ordering
n
Supporting our install and service teams
n
n
Qualifications:
n
n
Forklift licence (a must have)
n
Open Manual Driver's License (a must have)
n
n
Applicants will be IT savvy, with good operation skills. A leadership mentality, trustworthy and can do attitude. Opportunity for advancement into a more senior role, aswell to learn a lot of new skills in an up and coming business in the aircon industry.
