Onsite Operations Manager — Run the show at AB's Honey

A.B's Honey is a leading Australian 100% Real Australian Honey supplier. The Managing Director is stepping back to focus on high-level growth and strategy, working remotely and travelling more. This role asks you to run the day-to-day operations: the people, the sales, the suppliers, the admin - all of it. You're the person in charge in office, making calls and solving problems to keep the business moving.

Key responsibilities

n
Running the site and making operational decisions when the Managing Director is not present
n
Leading the team through scheduling, rostering, and day-to-day people management across warehouse, production and admin
n
Driving sales through outbound calls to website leads, chasing enquiries, and sending proposals
n
Working alongside the General Manager and directly with beekeepers and suppliers to maintain supply chain flow
n
Overseeing order processing,



invoicing and systems that support business operations
n
Exercising delegated authority to authorise purchases and keep operations moving without waiting for sign-off
n
n
About you
n
n
Experience working in ecommerce or wholesale warehouse operations
n
Proven experience managing people including rosters, performance and standards
n
Comfortable picking up the phone and selling, with ability to follow up leads and close sales
n
Relentlessly organised and technology-savvy, able to work across systems daily
n
Desire for increased responsibility and autonomy, ready to make sound calls independently
n
Ability to work independently without constant manager oversight
n
