We're looking for a Marketing Assistant – Creative & Digital to join our team and support the Marketing Manager in delivering a range of marketing activities across digital, content, social media and product marketing.
n
This is a newly created role with plenty of variety — no two days will be the same. You'll be involved in a broad range of marketing activities, from creating content and supporting campaigns to helping showcase our products and strengthen our brand.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being hands‐on, has a creative eye, and wants to work within a supportive and collaborative team environment where their ideas are valued.

You will work closely with the Marketing Manager, supporting a wide range of marketing activities and helping bring our products and brand to life.

What you'll be doing
n
n
Supporting the Marketing Manager with the delivery of marketing initiatives and campaigns
n
Creating and managing engaging social media content across relevant platforms
n
Designing marketing materials including brochures, catalogues, presentations, advertisements and promotional assets
n




Supporting marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
n
Updating website content and creating engaging email communications
n
Assisting with product launches, promotional activities and industry events
n
Helping prepare marketing collateral and displays for customer activities and events
n
Maintaining brand consistency across all marketing materials
n
Working with internal teams to create content that helps customers understand our products and solutions
n
Using modern marketing tools, including AI-powered technology, to improve efficiency, creativity and workflow. You don't need to be an AI expert — we're looking for someone who is curious, open to learning and interested in finding smarter ways to work.

What we're looking for
n
n
3+ years' experience in a marketing, communications, creative or similar role
n
Experience creating content for social media and digital channels
n
An interest in design, branding and visual communication
n
Confidence using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator) and Canva
n
Robust written and verbal communication skills
n
Good attention to detail and organisational skills
n
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
n
A proactive attitude and willingness to contribute ideas
n
Confidence using technology and willingness to learn new tools and systems
n
