Boston Built Pty Ltd is a fully integrated commercial builder and developer with our own projects, our own cranes and our own in-house construction crews.

We're currently looking for an experienced Advanced Rigger / Dogman to join our established crane crew on our major Arundel development comprising 115 industrial units.
n

THE ROLE
n
We're looking for an experienced, switched-on Advanced Rigger / Dogman who wants to become a key member of our crane crew.
n
You'll be working across a large scale commercial development, undertaking a wide range of lifting operations including:
n
n
Tilt panel lifting and installation
n
Structural steel
n
General construction lifts
n
Loading and unloading materials
n
Crane dogging and rigging
n
Complex lifts and site logistics
n
Working closely with our crane operators, supervisors and construction teams
n
Ensuring all lifting operations are completed safely and efficiently
n
n
A KEY REQUIREMENT
n
The successful candidate MUST hold a current Tower Crane Operator High Risk Work Licence (CO).
n
Your tower crane ticket will see you become our back-up crane driver, providing additional capability and flexibility within our crane crew.
n
This is a great opportunity for an experienced rigger/dogman who wants to expand their role, take on more responsibility and become a highly valued part of an established in-house crane operation.

ABOUT YOU
n
We're looking for someone who:
n
n
Has strong commercial construction rigging and dogging experience
n
Holds a current Advanced Rigging (RA) licence
n
Holds a current Dogging (DG) licence
n
MUST hold a current Tower Crane Operator (CO) licence
n
Has experience with tilt panels and structural steel
n
Understands complex lifting operations
n
Takes safety seriously
n
Can work independently and make good decisions
n
Has a strong work ethicIs reliable and punctual
n
Works well within a team
n
Takes pride in their work
n
Wants long-term, consistent employment
