The Role

Managing a well-maintained portfolio of approximately 160 properties, you will have the opportunity to focus on delivering exceptional service and building robust relationships with landlords and tenants — without the workload and pressures often associated with traditional property management roles.

Importantly, you will be well supported across key areas of the portfolio, allowing you to concentrate on the responsibilities that require your expertise.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager who takes pride in their work and enjoys delivering a high level of service.

You will ideally bring:

Solid experience managing a residential property portfolio
n
Strong organisational and time-management skills

Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

A professional presentation and service-focused approach

The ability to work autonomously while contributing positively to a team
