You have a proven track record in a dealership Service Advisor capacity, working as part of a team in a high-volume environment, and you have strong attention to detail.

About the role:
n
Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
n
n
Working within Patterson Cheney policies, guidelines and standards
n
Scheduling customer service repair orders, obtaining a clear brief from the customer as to any issues
n
Preparing invoices and closing allocated repairs
n
Be transparent and honest with the customer, with estimated completion times and provide updates as required
n
Ensuring the customers' expectations are exceeded throughout the experience
n
Providing support to other service advisors
n
Assisting the Workshop Manager in resolving any customer-related concerns
n
n

The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:

Must have previous dealership experience in a similar role
n
Exceptional customer service skills
n
Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
n
Sound organisational skills and time management
n
Demonstrated ability to mentor and coach staff
n
Ability to neutralise conflict
n
Strong focus on creating customer experiences
n
n
