Help Bring a Whole New Cedars Tavern Experience to Life

Cedars Tavern is preparing to launch a brand-new kitchen and bistro at the end of September, alongside an exciting new sports bar experience.
n
We're looking for a hands‐on Assistant Manager to help bring the next phase of the venue to life, support the team and create an experience that keeps locals coming back.
n
You might already be an Assistant Manager, or you could be an experienced Supervisor ready to take on broader leadership responsibility.

What You'll Do
n
Lead from the floor across the bar, bistro, sports bar, gaming room and beer garden
n
Help establish service routines and operating standards for the venue's new offering
n
Coach and develop team members, helping build a strong service culture across the venue
n
Build relationships with regulars while welcoming new customers to Cedars
n
Support rostering, stock control, cash handling, reporting and venue performance
n




Maintain strong standards across RSA, gaming, food safety, WHS and venue compliance
n
Who We're Looking For
n
Experience as an Assistant Manager, Supervisor or senior hospitality team member
n
An upbeat, approachable leader who brings positive energy and gets the best from others
n
Experience across food and beverage, gaming or broader pub operations
n
Confidence leading busy shifts and making sound operational decisions
n
Current NSW RSA and RCG, with ARCG or willingness to obtain it before supervising gaming operations
n
Availability across weekdays, evenings, weekends and public holidays
n
