About the opportunity
n
The labourer is part of the Wilson Multi-Construction team and reports to the Construction Manager. The key focus of this role is to assist with the day-to-day operations of Multi residential building sites. More specifically, you will:
n
n
Preparing and maintaining safe, clean, and organised work sites.
n
Operating construction equipment and machinery to support site activities.
n
Assisting tradespeople and site teams with general labouring duties.
n
Loading, unloading, and handling construction materials safely.
n
Supporting site set-up, trenching, backfilling, and other construction tasks.
n
Conducting basic equipment checks and following all WHS and safety requirements.
n

About you
n
You will share a passion for our purpose and be aligned to our core values; better together, be accountable, people matter and think bigger. In addition, you will have:
n
n
Previous experience in a construction labouring role and capable of performing manual labour in a construction environment
n
Valid driver's licence to travel across multiple sites in North and Northwest
n
Strong work ethic are reliable, self-motivated and committed to maintaining a safe work environment.
n
Backgrounds in builder's labouring, landscaping, trade assistance or similar industries are highly regarded.
n
n
