About the Role
n
Our Mercedes-Benz Dealership in Miranda is seeking a Receptionist & Administration Assistant to join our sales & service team.
n
This permanent part‐time position will be 3 days per week; Mondays, Wednesdays & Thursdays - 8:00am to 5:30pm.
n
What will a day look like?
n
n
You will be the face of our Mercedes-Benz Dealership by meeting and greeting customers.
n
Answering phone calls in a professional and timely manner.
n
Maintaining a welcoming, qualified environment for customers.
n
Ensuring all customers are tended to in a timely manner.
n
Maintain overall office presentation, ensuring cleanliness at all times.
n
Day to day administration duties & service bookings.
n
Supporting both the Sales, Service & Parts Departments.
n

About You
n
n
You will have a passion for managing customers first impressions by offering superior customer service.
n
You will have experience within a reception/customer service/administration position.
n
Strong customer service focus and communication skills - face to face & telephone.
n
Proficient computer & administration skills.
n
Professionally presented.
n
Ability to work within a busy team environment with multiple priorities.
n
Sound time management and attention to detail.
n
