About the Role
n
As an Early Childhood Educator, you will work collaboratively with the team to provide high-quality education and care for children while building positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Providing nurturing, responsive and engaging experiences for children.
n
Supporting children's learning and development through play-based experiences.
n
Contributing to the planning, implementation and evaluation of the educational program.
n
Building strong and respectful relationships with children and families.
n
Maintaining a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment.
n
Working collaboratively with educators and contributing positively to the team.
n
Maintaining accurate documentation and contributing to observations and assessments.
n
Following the National Quality Standard (NQS), National Regulations and relevant policies and procedures.
n
Promoting and upholding the Child Safe Standards and a strong culture of child safety.
n
Supporting children's rights, voice, agency and wellbeing.
n
n
About You
n
We are looking for an educator who is passionate about early childhood education and committed to making a positive difference in children's lives.
n
Essential requirements
n
n
Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent recognised qualification.




n
Minimum 3 years' experience working as an Early Childhood Educator.
n
Sound knowledge and understanding of the National Quality Standard (NQS) and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
n
Solid understanding of and commitment to the Child Safe Standards and child-safe practices.
n
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications.
n
Current Working with Children Check.
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
n
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
n
Robust understanding of children's development, wellbeing and learning.
n
A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their individual needs.
n
